Our client is a nationwide high end group of Garden Centres. They are currently seeking an experienced Plant Area Manager to join one of their brand new centres, so a superb opportunity to make your mark on this centre.
The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the experienced team through a period of change and development
- Setting out organising and developing a new Plant Area
- Providing excellent product advice to customers
- Working with Head Office to develop the range and merchandise the area
The IDEAL person will possess:
- Excellent plant area management experience
- Excellent General Horticultural & Plant knowledge
