Our client is a national group of garden centres. Due to expansion they are currently seeking a General Manager at one of their largest centres.
The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for:
- Daily management of the centre
- Stock control
- Profit and loss
- Margin performance
- Staff management and development
The IDEAL person:
- Retail Management experience in either garden centres or the wide retail environment is essential
- Commercially minded with excellent management skills
