Job: Plant Area Manager, MorePeople

Our client is a small to medium sized group of Garden Centres.

The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for: 

• The day to day running of the Plant Area
• Managing and developing departmental staff
• Utilising retail skills to ensure the area is merchandised to achieve its full potential
• Managing and developing an experienced team
• Ensuring that the area is achieving financially
• Providing advice and guidance to customers
  

The IDEAL person will possess:

• Excellent retail and horticultural experience
• Experience of running a medium to large Plant Area
• Developed staff management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• This could also be a perfect role for an up and coming 'star of the future'.
