Our client in an established grower of bedding and pot plants, selling into retailers nationwide. Due to their expansion, the need has arisen to recruit an experienced grower.

The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for: • Assisting the team in the production of high quality, bedding plants, salads and related products for major multiples The IDEAL person will possess: • Good numeracy skills, ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and dedication with a flexible approach • PA1, PA2 & PA6 certification would be advantageous • Supervisory experience would be a distinct advantage • Formal horticultural training or a wealth of experience is essential • Further training available with good potential to develop within our expanding company
