Our client are a very successful group of garden centres, with outlets all over the UK. They are looking for a General Manager for the site based in Shropshire. The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for: • Management of a large established garden centre • Development and management of centre staff • Management of centre finances and budgets • Working with the centre management team to overseeing product procurement and merchandising The IDEAL person will possess: • Substantial retail experience, within the garden & leisure industry • Excellent staff management skills • Drive and enthusiasm
