Our client in a progressive and dynamic group of garden centres, based country wide. They are seeking to add to the team at their Derby Centre. 

The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for: • Managing the indoor living department of a large garden centre • Maintaining a high standard or merchandising and display • Managing and developing departmental staff • Working with the group buyer to source and purchase stock • Ensuring that an excellent standard of customer service is maintained The IDEAL person will possess: • A Background in retail • Staff management skills • Creativity and imagination • An interest in the product range
