Job: Contracts Manager (Landscape), Anders Plus

Currently we seek a competent landscape manager with a proven track record in landscaping, ideally with a minimum of 5 years management experience. You will be required to provide a complete project management service including client & financial mgt, site health & safety, quality control, staff, equipment and material resourcing, programming of works, other project construction co-ordination/liaison and staff management.

You must have a good knowledge of hard and soft landscaping construction, be commercially minded, with good man management, financial mgt and reporting skills. It is essential you are self motivated, with good communication skills and with an eye for detail and quality.

The successful candidate should also have an understanding of current Health & Safety Legislation being involved with all sites and associated documentation.
