Our client is an established Garden Centre group with a requirement for a Plant Area Manager at their branch in Berkshire. They pride themselves on having a highly successful plant area offering a wide range of interesting plant material and high standards of presentation and customer advice.

The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for:

• Responsible for running a successful plant area and also taking responsibility for the garden centre as a whole

The IDEAL person will possess:

• Flair for innovation and presentation, hand in hand with an eye for maintenance and housekeeping • Possess sound commercial acumen and recognise the need to maximise profit • Be self-motivated • Be able to inspire and lead a team • Have a good plant knowledge and understanding of the use of plants in gardens • Recognise the importance of excellent customer service
