Our client is a nationwide commercial landscape, grounds maintenance and construction company. They are seeking to add to their team with an experienced client-facing professional.
The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for:
- The overall management of two grounds maintenance contracts
- Maintaining and improving communication with clients, promoting the company’s professional image.
- Keeping all administration up to date
- Management of two contract managers
- Effective financial management
The IDEAL person will possess:
- Excellent communication skills
- High IT literacy
- Good H&S knowledge
- Proven grounds maintenance Contracts Management experience
- Team skills
- Good staff management ability
