Our Client are a successfull group of garden centres looking to add to thier centre in Hertfordshire with an experienced plant area manager.
The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for:
- The Day to Day running of the Plant Area
- Motivating and leading the team
- Maintenance and Housekeeping
- Merchandising the Plant Area
The IDEAL person will possess:
- Experience of working in a busy plant area.
- Flair for innovation and presentation
- A good plant knowledge
- The ability to motivate and lead a team
