- Salary: Circa £25k plus bonus
Our Client is a supplier of graphic products for the garden market from innovative packaging, promotional material such as leaflets and brochures, bedcards and posters, through to websites and complete sales concepts.
The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for:
- Account Managing existing clients relationships in addition to developing new clients.
- Proactively looking for new leads and potential customers within the agreed region.
- Maintaining clear information on visit reports and account plans for clients on CRM software.
- Liaising with Sales Managers on agreed targets for new and existing business.
- Attending the monthly sales meetings at Head Office.
- Working with the Creative Department to ensure full product portfolio is available to customer.
- Working on Company Exhibition stands, when required.
The IDEAL person will possess:
- A Strong track record of business to business sales within horticultural sector.
- Understanding of the Horticultural Industry.
- The ability to interact with growers and suppliers – including participation / presentations at grower meetings.
- The willingness to work as part of a team to ensure the effective management of account queries, ensuring timely resolution.
- A Self Motivated, positive, confident and self assured attitude.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- The desire to help the company achieve its goals.
