Our client is a progressive and dynamic group of garden centres, based countrywide. They are currently seeking a dynamic manager to run a centre they have in Derbyshire.
The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for:
- Management of a large established garden centre
- Development and management of centre staff
- Management of centre finances and budgets
- Working with the centre management team to overseeing product procurement and merchandising
The IDEAL person will possess:
- Substantial retail experience, within the garden & leisure industry
- Excellent staff management skills
- Drive and enthusiasm
