Soft Landscape ForemanLandscape Foreman Over £25,000 OTE

As a leading specialist nursery offering specimen size plants to both domestic and commercial clients, Tendecare also offer a specialist planting service. We are looking for a senior soft landscape site foreman to lead the soft landscaping team on site planting specimen trees and shrubs.

Main Tasks

The supervision of landscape staff and sub contractors, risk assessments, preventative and reporting measures on site.Responsible for the work rate and practices, monitoring of materials, care and maintenance of equipment and quality of work on site.Liaison with the designer/specifier regarding changes on site and adapting to site conditions.Customer liaison on site.

The ideal candidate will have good horticultural knowledge, be able to set out from CAD drawings, and ideally have a CSC Card, digger, dumper and tele-handler experience/certificates. They should be a able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for the challenge of working with specimen size stock. We are offering a competitive salary, a health care plan, and have the possibility of offering single accommodation local to the nursery at Denham. Junior positions also available.
