Job: Plant Area Assistant, MorePeople

Our Client are an Independent garden centre based in Surrey they are looking for a qualified and experienced Plant Area Assistant to join their team.

The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for: 

• Proving customers with exceptional levels of customer service.
• Developing sales within the plant area and within other departments of the centre
• Maintaining the appearance of fully stocked tables and displays.
• Dealing with new deliveries
• Planning and constructing seasonal and topical displays.
• Maintaining the EPOS system.
• Providing the customers with excellent horticultural advice.

The IDEAL person will possess: 

• Horticultural knowledge and/or experience of working in a plant area.
• Excellent people skills
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Good Communication skills
• A self motivated attitude.
• A confident and friendly persona
