Salary: Circa £25,000

Our client are market leaders in the south east in the provision of fully integrated, pro-active landscaping, grounds maintenance and fencing services.

Working in partnership, they provide support to a broad portfolio of long standing local, regional and national clients.

The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for: • The day to day supervision of staff and resources to ensure high standards of performance and the smooth running of client contracts. • Maintenance of accurate records for work in progress • Compliance with health and safety standards/legislation • Management of equipment and vehicles

The IDEAL person will possess: • Landscaping/grounds maintenance contracts experience • Good Health & Safety knowledge • Commercial awareness • Good client facing skills • Management skills with the ability to motivate staff
