Job: Horticultural Marketing Assistant, MorePeople

Our client is a large garden centre supplier based in the East of England; they are looking to add to their marketing and product development team with a enthusiastic horticulturalist.

The SUCCESSFUL candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing horticultural support, Expertise and guidance to the product manager

• Assisting the product manager in creating the horticultural offer across seed, bulb and vegetables

• Assisting marketing in development of trade material, exhibitions and events

• Answering and formulating responses for adhoc consumer and trade queries.

• Preparing and maintaing company and tailored presentations and rationales for presentation by the sales team

The IDEAL person will possess:

• Excellent Horticultural Knowledge ideally a degree in the subject.

• Excellent organisational and administration skills.

• A bright enthusiastic nature

• A degree in horticulture is preferred
